Beverly A. Miller

July 28, 1926 - February 19, 2010

(nee Freckleton) Passed away peacefully, Friday, February 19, 2010. Age 83.
Survived by her three children Donald (Mary) Miller of Orland Park, Ronald (Susan) Miller of Overland Park, KS and Monica (Barb Geissler) Miller of Sadorus, IL. Four grandchildren Jason, Jeffrey, Jessica and Amanda Miller.
Preceded in death by her husband Donald C. Miller, her parents Hazel Garret and Glenn Freckleton, and her dear friend Elmer Lawler.
She was a longtime member of the Covenant Community Church of Lockport, now the Hope Covenant Church in Orland Park. Volunteer with the American Cancer Society and Silver Cross Hospital and an advisor with the Encore Shop.
She was an avid gardener, cook, baker and canner, and a collector of plates. She was a ‘die hard’ Chicago Cub fan and brought a smile to everyone’s face.
The family would like to thank the staff at Our Lady of Angels for their compassion and care given to Beverly during her stay.

Funeral Information

Funeral services will be held at the Carlson-Holmquist-Sayles Funeral Home, 2320 Black Rd., Tuesday, February 23 at 10:00A.M. Interment Wheatland Presbyterian Cemetery. Visitation will be held Monday from 4:00 - 8:00 p.m.
