October 14, 1925 - December 20, 2011

Passed away suddenly after a brief illness with her family by her side, Tuesday, December 20, 2011.
Survived by her three children Margaret “Peg” (Sam) Bryan, Mark Briddick and Marilyn (Jim) Beavers. Six grandchildren Patty (Sean) Deering, Ashley, Jeremy and Justin Beavers, Jennifer Briddick, and Amy Briddick. Four great-grandchildren Taylor and Dominic Kellogg, Antonio and Angelo Briddick.

Preceded in death by her husband of 59 years Earl Briddick “Red” (2007) her parents John and Margaret (nee Barnes) Tallman. And a granddaughter Connie Bryan.

Member of New Lenox United Methodist Church. Graduate of JTHS Class of 1943.
Lois was an avid jokester and a “beach bum”

Funeral Information

Lying in state at the New Lenox United Methodist Church on Friday, December 23, 2011, from 9:30 A.M. until the time of services at 10:00 A.M. Interment Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery. Visitation Thursday at the Carlson-Holmquist-Sayles Funeral Home, 2320 Black Road from 3-7 P.M.
