Of Channahon, passed away at Presence St. Joseph Medical Center, Sunday, September 20, 2015. Age 81 years. Survived by his wife of 43 years Carolyn A. Kucinic (nee Larson), his brother William (Pat) Kucinic of Joliet and his sister Lucille (Howard) Hickman of Joliet. Also numerous nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his parents Matthew and Mary Kucinic. His brother Thomas Kucinic. Bart was born July 31, 1934 in Joliet. Graduate of Joliet Catholic High School. Veteran of the U.S. Army stationed in Germany. Bart retired from Caterpillar Tractor Company after 35 years. Bart has donated his remains to the Illinois Anatomical Gift Association to further the science of human anatomy. Memorials in his name to United Way of Will County, 54 N. Ottawa Street Joliet, IL. 60432 will be appreciated. There will be no visitation or funeral services
