Paying for your funeral today or Pre-Paying - means you pay for your funeral service in advance. There are several options for pre-payment, our Pre-Planning counselor is happy to advise you in this matter.
The Illinois Funeral or Burial Funds Act, established in 1955, requires that funds for burial paid before death be placed in trust in an Illinois bank, or trust company, or federal, or Illinois savings and loan institution, or federal, or Illinois credit union, or with an insurance company if insurance is the choice of the pre-arrangement.
