(Nee Kevish) Giacomi, his brother David R. (Patricia-deceased) Giacomi and his sister Cheri J. Giacomi. Maternal grandmother Ann Kevish. Father and mother -in-law Bernard "Bernie" and Patricia Zupancic, brother-in-law Kris Zupancic and a sister-in-law Amanda Zupancic. A special friend Alex. Also numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Preceded in death by his father Ronald D. Giacomi (June 22, 2004). Member of St. Jude Catholic Church, Graduate of Joliet Township High School West Campus class of 1980. Jeff enjoyed four wheeling and his dogs Bronco, Bandit and Butch.
