Of Joliet, passed away at Silver Cross Hospital, Wednesday, January 16, 2008. Age 80 years. \r\nSurvived by four sisters, Elna J. Anderson of Joliet, Sandra L. Anderson of Wilmington, Carol P. (Paul) Holmstrom of Green Bay, WI , and Karen K. (Thomas) Sedlacek of Anchorage, AK, an aunt Vera Anderson. Also numerous nieces, nephews, grand nieces, nephews and many friends also survive. \r\nPreceded in death by her parents David E. and Esther D. Anderson, two sisters Leona R. Anderson and Jane D. Lindberg.\r\nBorn in Joliet and was a life long resident, attended Joliet Public Schools and Graduate of Joliet Twp. High School Class of 1944. Retired from Caterpillar Tractor Co. as an executive secretary for 38 years. Member of the Bethlehem Lutheran Church, lifelong choir member and on the church board. Charter and current volunteer at Silver Cross Hospital over 50 years. She was a diehard Cub Fan.
