Obituary

Survived by two sons Sherman Formento of Plainfield and David (Joyce) For mento of Joliet. Five grancdhildren Gina (Joseph) O'Mara, Kristin (Scott) McCormick, Greg Formento, Michael (Tonya) Hojnacki and Reagan Signorelli. Five great-grandchildren. \r\nPreceded in death by his wife Lillian (1994), two brothers LaVern (2001) and Kenneth (1992). His parents Louis E. and Mabel Formento.\r\nRetired from Texaco Oil Refinery in 1980. Member of the Joliet Musician Union, Clayton played clarinet and saxiphone with many of the Joliet and Chicago area dance bands. Graduate of Joliet Township High School Class of 1933. Formerly worked at the Joliet Arsenal during W.W. II
