Elsie W. Matyas (nee Anderson) - Passed away peacefully, on Thursday, December 24, 2015 at Rosewood Care Center. Age 98 years. Survived by her sister Dorothy (Norman-deceased) Almberg; several nieces and nephews also survive. Preceded in death by her husband Frank Matyas, her parents Axel and Wilhelmina Anderson and a brother Theodore Anderson. A loving sister and aunt to all her nieces and nephews, who will miss her dearly. Funeral services will be held at the Carlson-Holmquist-Sayles Funeral Home, 2320 Black Road, Joliet, Saturday, January 2nd, at 11:00 A.M. Interment Elmwood Cemetery.
