Passed away peacefully with his family and friends by his side, Thursday, November 4, 2010 at the Westmont Convalescent Center. Age 77 years.\r\n\r\nSurvived by two sisters Margaret (Jack) Brown and Dorothy (James) Pope. Sister-in-law Marilyn Eungard. Numerous nieces, nephews and special friend Rod Metcalf also survive.\r\n\r\nPreceded in death by his parents Arthur H. Eungard Sr. and Irene I (nee Quirin) Eungard; a brother Donald Eungard.\r\n\r\nRetired from Hinsdale Hospital. Veteran of the U.S. Army and member of the Downers Grove Seventh Day Adventist Church.\r\n\r\nArtie enjoyed collecting model trains and anything Elvis.\r\n\r\nSpecial thank you to the staff at Westmont Convalescent Center and Passages Hospice for the compassionate care given to Artie.\r\n\r\n
