Of Joliet, passed away at Joliet Area Community Hospice Home, with his loving and caring family at his side, Thursday, January 5, 2006. Age 78 years.\r\n Survived by his wife, of 53 years, Jackie (nee Claussen), his loving sons Jeff (Rita) Castelli of Channahon and Mark Castelli of Elwood, grandpa to Jeremy Castelli, granper to Lucas Castelli, granddaughter Jayme Lynn (Carl) Luna, two great grandsons A.J. and Carl Luna, a sister-in-law Judy (Frank) Partak, two brothers-in-law Terry (Judy) Claussen and Harry McKeand. Also numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. \r\nPreceded in death by his forever loved daughter Lisa Castelli Barrowman, his parents Hugo "Duke" and Jennie Castelli, his sister Doloris Toomey and a sister-in-law Darlene McKeand. Graduate of Joliet Twp. High School - Central, Class of 1947. Retired from the Army Corps of Engineers. Was a veteran of the Korean Conflict. Life member of Cantigny Post #367 VFW, and Joliet Moose #300.\r\nJackie, Jeff, Mark and Rita would like to express their gratitude to the Joliet Area Community Hospice for their loving care to Marv and to us. We will never ever forget. To Pat and Jim, Bob and Sue, Jim and Sherry, Rich and Sue, Kenny, Denny and Pat, Bob and Mary for being with us. As Jeff said "You all are not friends - you are family."
