Of Crest Hill, suddenly as the result of an auto accident, Friday, October 21, 2005. Age 15 years.\r\nSurvived by her mother and step-father Allison Prescott and Scot Burkman. Her father James Prescott, Jr., Her maternal grandfather Darryl Meadows, her paternal grandparents John (Rita) Burkman and James (Geraldine) Prescott, Sr. Her great-grandmother Florence Dick. Eight aunts Mary Herman, Margaret Zupancic, Melissa Meadows, Robin Burger, Jennifer, Elizabeth, Christine and Sarah Prescott. Five uncles William Schmilke, John Dick, Michael Meadows, Matthew Meadows and Bret Burkman. Also numerous cousins.\r\nPreceded in death by her grandmother Jean Meadows (1995).\r\nSamantha was a Sophmore at Lockport East High School, Member of the Church of Rock Run. She enjoyed music, shopping and spending time with her friends.
