passed away peacefully surrounded by her family, Saturday, November 1, 2008. Age 57 years.\r\nSurvived by her mother Rita M. Blackburn (nee Hasse), her brothers and sisters Thomas M. (Christine) Blackburn, Robert "Blackie" (Catherine) Blackburn, Lawrence (Victoria) Blackburn, Mary (William) Bernhard, Nancy Blackburn, Jean (Mark) Ksiazak and Timothy (Kathleen) Blackburn. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and many close dear friends. \r\nPreceded in death by her father Thomas W. Blackburn (2004).\r\nGraduate of St. Francis Academy class of 1969 and College of St. Francis class of 1973. Patricia was employed with State Farm Insurance Company for over 35 years. Member of St. Patrick Catholic Church.
