(nee Johnston) Went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, Friday, March 18, 2011. Age 96.\r\n\r\nSurvived by her loving husband of 70 years Norton Carey Sr., five children Donald L. (Sandra) Carey, Barbara J. (Ronald) Frojd, Nadine M. (Robert) Inman, Norton M. (Wannetta) Carey Jr and Kay L. (Kenneth) Claxton; a sister Norma J. Slick. Numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren as well as many nieces and nephews also survive. \r\n\r\nPreceded in death by her parents, four brothers Melvin, Earl, George and Robert; two sisters Bernice and Margie.\r\n \r\nReal estate agent with Bell Realty. Member, and one of the oldest members of the Bible Baptist Church of Romeoville.\r\n\r\n
