Passed away at Salem Village Nursing Home, Wednesday, July 12, 2007. Age 80 years.\r\nSurvived by two sons Robert (Debra) Couch and Ronald (Dr. Jeanine) Couch, two daughters Shirley (Steve) Condon and Judy (Jeff) Hines. Seven grandchildren Jeff Hines, Jr., Jessica Hines, Steve (Linda) Condon, Michael Condon, Julie Gall, Jennifer (Jim) Baldacci and Tracy Couch. Four great-grandchildren Brett and Bradley Baldacci, Grace and Addyson Condon. A brother Richard (Mary Jane) Knupp.\r\nPreceded in death by her husband Willis Couch (1973). Two sons Richard (1950) and Donald (1981) Couch. Her parents Paul (1974) and Wilma (2002) Knupp.\r\nBorn in Joliet, Shirley was a lifelong Lockport/Joliet resident. Retired from H&R Block in Lockport after 25 years of service. Graduate of Joliet Township High School Class of 1945.
