(nee Racich) – Passed away peacefully in her sleep with her family by her side, Wednesday, March 16, 2011. Age 85.\r\n\r\nSurvived by her son Charles (Kathleen) Sharp and a daughter Susan (nee Sharp) Brooke; her grandchildren Bruce (Ashley), Brian and Susan Brooke, Sarah (Nicholas) Cudney and Jonathon Sharp; great-grandchildren Trip, Houston and Gracie Brooke and Luke Cudney. Two brothers Matthew and James Racich and a sister Mary Randolph. Nieces and nephews also survive.\r\n\r\nPreceded in death by her husbands Stephen A. Zaborsky and Charles L. Sharp, her parents Matthew and Magdeline Racich; six brothers Peter, Louis, Val, John, Daniel and Nicholas and a grandson Charles J. Sharp.\r\n\r\nBorn in Joliet and a lifelong resident. Member of the Joliet Moose Lodge #300 and the Croatian Cultural Club.\r\n\r\nKay aka "Granny" will be remembered fro her witty nature, her ability to converse with anyone, and her spirit of giving. She will be sadly missed by her family and friends.\r\n\r\n
