At rest Monday, January 1, 2007 at Hillcrest Health Care Center. Age 79 years.\r\nSurvived by her son Keith F. Polich of California, three grandchildren. Her brother Kenneth H. Pilon of Princeton, WI. A sister-in-law Arna Pilon of Joliet. Five nieces, five nephews and numerous great-nieces and great-nephews.\r\nPreceded in death by her husband LaVerne H. May, a daughter Lynn M. Polich Clavell. Her parents Phillip J. and Marie Pilon. Two brother Percy N. Pilon and Leonard L. Pilon.\r\nBorn in Detroit, MI. and moved to Joliet at age 2. Ruth worked briefly for Lennon Wall Paper Co. and Superior Match Co. She attended St. Peter Lutheran Church and was a member of the Ladies Aide Society. A special thank you her dear friend Guy DeRose, who helped cook and care for Ruth during her failing years.
