Passed away at Provena St. Joseph Medical Center, Monday, January 23, 2006. Age 91.\r\nSurvived by her four daughters Suzanne Lasser of Chicago, Andrea (Robert) Warren of Morris, Marilyn Phillips of Joliet and Carolyn Carrier of Pacific, MO. Ten grandchildren and sixteen great-grandchildren.\r\nPreceded in death by her husband Andrew L. (May 26, 1973), her parents Hal and Alma Hooks, three brothers Charles (1977), Elliott (1983) and William in infancy. A grandson Dean Altiery (1994).\r\nBorn September 6, 1914 in Cadiz, KY and a resident of Joliet since 1953. Member of Ottawa Street United Methodist Church until closing and currently a member of First Presbyterian Church. Avid bridge player, enjoyed sewing and reading.
