Anita M. Nichols (nee Querio) – of Joliet, passed away at River Crossing of Joliet, Sunday, September 4, 2022. Age 83 years.

Survived by her two sons Dennis (Lynn) Nichols and David (Linda) Nichols. Three grandchildren Amanda Nichols, Austin Nichols and Darcee (John fiancé) Nichols. Several nieces and nephews also survive.

Preceded in death by her parents Gento and Mary (Bolotto) Querio, her husband Robert "Bob" Nichols, her brothers Robert (Jo Ann) Querio and Gerald (Mary) Querio.

Anita was born and raised in Joliet, she retired after many years from the First National Bank of Joliet. She loved sewing and crafting, and enjoyed participating in many craft shows. She loved spending time with her family, and will be missed by her friends and family.
