Of Elkin, AR and formerly of Joliet and Port Richey, FL, at Fayetteville, AR, Sunday, August 19, 2007. Age 70 years.\r\nSurvived by her husband H. Jay Hughes, Jr., two sons Randy (Judy) and Rob (Renea) Hughes both of Joliet, two daughters Cathy Webster of Bloomington, IL and Tina (John) Cap of Frankfort, IL, nine grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren, her mother Doris Jobba of Orlando, FL, one sister Carol Cope of Clearwater, FL, a son-in-law Gary Haire of Crest Hill. Also numerous nieces and nephews. \r\nPreceded in death by a daughter Sherry Haire, her father Frank Jobba, one sister Sandy Pershall and a brother Frank Jobba Jr, an aunt and uncle, Irva and Red Barnes of Bloomington. \r\nBorn in Normal, IL, lived in Bloomington and was a Joliet resident for 36 years before moving to Port Richey, FL for 14 years and the past year and a half in in Elkin, AR.
