Carl Roger Sokoloski - passed away January 24, 2020 at Presence St. Joseph Medical Center. Age 75. Survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Linda Rose Sokoloski, his sons John (Stacie) of Joliet, Stephen (Carrie) of Bolingbrook, Bryan (Juliette) of Joliet; his siblings Wayne of Joliet and Dawn Roe. His beloved grandchildren Steffan, Lexi, Joey, Frankie, Aubrie, Penny, Eddie and Tommy. Preceded in death by his brother Joseph of Wisconsin. Carl worked for AT&T, becoming Lucent Technologies from 1970 to his retirement after 30 years as an Engineer Associate. Member of Plainfield American Legion Post 13 for over 29 years, and was also a Jr. Vice with the American Legion. He volunteered at Plainfield J. Cats, AT&T Pioneers, and was also a member of St. Mary Immaculate Catholic Church in Plainfield, Illinois.
