Passed away at Joliet Area Community Hospice Home with her family by her side, Monday. April 30, 2018. Age 93 years. Survived by three children Randy (Yvonne) Hedden, Melissa (Jeff) Hultz and Caryn (Bill) Genens. Five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her husband Edward T. Hedden (2013), her son Larry Hedden (2002), her parents Charles and Mable Zilch. Charlotte was born June 18, 1924 in Canton, IL. She enjoyed taking care of her family, sewing, baking and canning. Funeral services will be held at the Carlson-Holmquist-Sayles Funeral Home, 2320 Black Rd., Wednesday, May 9th at 10:00 A.M. Rev. Jim McGuire officiating. Memorials to the Joliet Area Community Hospice will be appreciated. Interment Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery. Visitation will be held Tuesday from 4:00 – 8:00 P.M.
