Of Joliet, passed away suddenly in Nakina, N.C., Sunday, February 2, 2020. Age 24 years.
Survived by her mother Deborah A. Heater (nee Sarkan) and her brother Austin D. Heater both of Joliet. She loved her chocolate Lab Harle and her kitten Madaline.
Preceded in death by her father Daniel E. Heater.
Courtney was born in LaGrange, IL. on May 22, 1995. She attended Cathedral of St. Raymond Grade School and Timber Ridge Grade School. Graduate of Plainfield Central High School Class of 2013. Courtney was passionate about being an Athletic Trainer for the Plainfield High School Fall and Spring JV and Varsity Football, Soccer, Wrestling and Rugby teams. Courtney attended Northwestern University, Robert Morris University in Chicago and Western University in Macomb, IL to study nursing.. She enjoyed playing all positions in Rugby with the Plainfield Rugby, Western University Rugby Club, The Morgan's Rugby, The Blaze 7's, Illinois collegiate all-stars Rugby and Hockey with the Arctic Ice Hockey as a winger in Orland Park and Huskies Hockey as a winger in Plainfield. Courtney was a cheerleader with Travel Cheer Team Cheer Command in Mokena, Travel Cheer Team-Team Illinois in Plainfield, Dance Team Robert Morris University, Chicago, Chicago Cheer-Cheer Team Robert Morris University and involved with Irish Dancing at Keigher Academy Of Irish Dance in Minooka, IL.
