Daniel "Danny" W. Todd

Passed away suddenly at Silver Cross Hospital, Friday, December 6, 2024 at the age of 64 years.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 42 years Cindy W. Todd (nee Howland). Three loving daughters Jessica (Sean) Copp, Tiffany Todd, and Caitlin Todd. His cherished grandchildren Cayden and Austin Copp. Danny is also survived by his brother Stanley (Peggy) Todd and three sisters Carol (Michael) Cassem, Cheryl Todd-Potter, and Diane (Jeff) Schaibley, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Preceded in death by his parents Werner Todd (2001) and Patricia E. Shelton (2011).

Born on May 11, 1960, in Medina, Ohio. Danny grew up in Joliet and was a proud graduate of Joliet Township High School East Campus, Class of 1978. He dedicated over 30 years of his career as a forklift technician at Equipment Depot before retiring. A member of Ingalls Park United Methodist Church, Danny found enjoyment in camping, boating, fishing, and taking on various projects that showcased his creativity and skill.

Memorial services will be held at Ingalls Park United Methodist Church, 105 Davison St., Saturday, December 14th at 10:00 A.M. Rev. Leona Tichenor officiating. Inurnment Elmhurst Cemetery. Memorials to Ingalls Park United Methodist Church will be appreciated. Visitation will be held Saturday from 9:00 A.M. until services at 10:00 A.M. Funeral services entrusted to Carlson-Holmquist-Sayles Funeral Home & Crematory.
