Of Shorewood, passed away at Ascension St. Joseph Medical Center, Saturday, May 14, 2022. Age 62 years. Survived by her loving husband of 17 years Kenneth "Butch" Cargle, her beloved daughter Heather (Ted) Bastas. Loving daughter of Raymond (Renee) Benson and loving sister of Kim (Rick) Sloan. Also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, brothers and sisters-in-law. Preceded in death her mother Carol Brady (nee Nalevac) Debbie was born March 31, 1960 in Berwyn, IL. She graduated from Romeoville High School, Class of 1978, where she was active in softball and pom poms. Debbie retired from Operating Engineers Local #150. Formerly she worked for NECA (National Electrical Contractors Association) and Gas & Wash in Shorewood. Debbie enjoyed bowling, baseball and drag racing but her passion in life was spending time with her family, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at the Carlson-Holmquist-Sayles Funeral Home & Crematory, 2320 Black Rd., Thursday, May 19th at 11:00 A.M. Interment Woodlawn Memorial Park. Visitation will be held Wednesday from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
