Elizabeth Lucia "Betty" Bianchetta (nee Aimaro) 93 years, passed away peacefully at Hillcrest Home in Geneseo, Illinois. She was born in Joliet on June 30, 1925 to Louis and Maria (nee Ferraris) Aimaro. Betty met the love of her life, Caesar Bianchetta on December 7, 1941 and they were united in marriage on July 18, 1943 and were married for 74 years until Caesar's death in 2016. She worked in food service at Oak Valley School for 20 years. Betty was passionate about cooking, crocheting and crafting. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother and will be greatly missed by her family. Preceded in death by her husband Caesar; her daughter, Beverly; her brother, Peter Aimaro and great-grandsons, Jacob and Aiden Bianchetta. She is survived by her sons, Victor (Sharon) Bianchetta and Robert (Janet) Bianchetta; her grandsons, Anthony (Holly) Bianchetta and Christopher (Kristina) Bianchetta; her great-grandchildren, Noah, Alexander and Everley; her brother-in-law Steven (Pat) Bianchetta and her sister-in-law Mary Ellen Aimaro; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins also survive. The family would like to offer a special thank you to Frank and Sherri Bianchetta for all their help and support to Betty over the years. A memorial visitation will be held at the Carlson- Holmquist-Sayles Funeral Home and Crematory, 2320 Black Road, Joliet on Friday, December 7, 2018 from 8:30 am until time of services at the funeral home at 10:00 am with Rev. James Lennon officiating. Inurnment of cremated remains will follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials in Betty's name can be made to the Hillcrest Home, 14688 IL Hwy 82, Geneseo, IL 61254
