Age 79 years, at rest Friday, January 6, 2017 to be greeted by his best friend and son, James Parini (2016). Survived by his loving wife of 58 years, Nancy (nee Jones) Parini. He was a devoted and loving father to his surviving son, David Parini and daughter, Tamara Parini. There is a special thanks to his surviving brothers Chuck (Barb) Parini and Sylvester Parini. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews with a special thanks to his nephew Steve Parini. A special and dear friendship also began from a brief stay at Our Lady of Angels Home and we give a heartfelt blessing and thank you to Sister Mary Berendt and Sister Pat Mitchell. We also give our special thanks to Father Chris Groh. Numerous close friends also survive and are too numerous to mention. Emil was preceded in death by his son, James Parini; his parents, Frank and Louise Parini; dearest in-laws, Ed and Nell Jones; his brothers, Louis, Joseph, Angelo and Frank Jr. and his sisters, Edith, Anna and Mary. He was a long-time member and Secretary-Treasurer of Teamsters Local 179; member of the Loyal Order of the Moose, the Peotone Sportsman Club and a parishioner of St. Mary Nativity Church. Emil especially loved being with his family and spending time at Minooka Collision and Towing to be with his sons and friends. His sense of humor will always be remembered by all that knew and loved him. Private inurnment will be held at Resurrection Cemetery in Romeoville.
