Emily was born and raised in Joliet. She was a graduate of Joliet Township High School Central Campus Class of 2010. Emily graduated from Joliet Junior College Culinary Arts School. She worked for many area restaurants as a waitress and bartender. Emily was a lover of life, a connoisseur of food, loved to try new foods and cook. Besides her love for her son and family Emily loved playing pool and participating in National Championship Pool Tournaments in Las Vegas. Traveling, motorcycles and exploring new locations was a passion of Emily's. She had a heart as big as a mountain and when she danced the mountains would get out of the way. She would give the shirt off her back if you needed it. She will always be remembered as a loving and caring mother, daughter, sister and friend.
This girl would light up the room when she walked in and leave you laughing in a heartbeat. The world is a lesser place without her those of us who knew are heartbroken
