Francisco “Franky” R. Plascencia

Of Joliet, passed away at Temple University Hospital, Philadelphia, PA., Wednesday, October 28, 2026 at the age of 39 years.

Survived by his mother Margarita Plascencia (nee Aguirre), two brothers Jaime and Rigoberto Plascencia. His grandmother Sara Aguirre-Guzman. His Godmother Beatrice Plascencia. Also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

Preceded in death by his father Raul Plascencia (2012), his paternal grandparents Francisco and Sororro Plascencia and his maternal grandfather Salvador Aguirre. His Godfather Roberto Plascencia

Francisco was born November 16, 1986 in Joliet. He graduated from Joliet West High School, Class of 2005. Currently Franky worked for RJW Warehousing in Hazelton, PA. Member of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church.

Funeral services will be held from the Carlson-Holmquist-Sayles Funeral Home & Crematory, 2320 Black Rd., Friday, November 6, 2026 at 11:30 A.M. to Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church, 205 E. Jackson St., at 12:00 P.M. for a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment St. Mary Nativity Catholic Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 5, 2026 from 4:00 – 8:00 P.M.
