Of Joliet, passed away at Lutheran Home in Arlington Heights, IL. Friday, September 18, 2009. Age 89 years. \r\n\r\nSurvived by his daughter Rev. Jane A. (Michael) Clark of Arlington Heights. Two grandsons Stephen Clark of Washington, D.C. and Christopher Clark of St. Paul, MN. Three sisters Josephine Kelly, Patricia Kestel and Rose Pucel. Also several nieces and nephews.\r\n\r\nPreceded in death by his wife Sarah L. Haley (nee Spencer) (1997), his parents Richard and Elizabeth Haley, a brother Richard Haley and several brothers-in-law.\r\n\r\nFrank was born May 24, 1920, and was a lifelong Joliet resident until two years ago. A graduate of Joliet Township High School Class of 1940, after which he went to work at the local papermill. \r\n\r\nHe married the former Sarah L. Spencer October 14, 1950 in Joliet. \r\n\r\nFrank was a member of St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church and a loyal member of the Loyal Order of Moose Lodge #300 for over 60 years. He worked at the Elmhurst Cemetery in Joliet for over 40 years and was known for his kindness and dependability.
