Helen M. Locher (nee Sula) Age 64 years, passed away suddenly on Monday, November 22, 2021 at her home. Born in Joliet, on July 29, 1957, she was a life-long resident. She was employed as a medical assistant at Glenwood Imaging. Member of the South Wilmington Sportsman's Club. Helen loved camping and fishing. Preceded in death by an infant daughter, Chrissy Ignacek; her father, Joseph Sula and her sister, Michelle Barton. Survived by two daughters, Jenny (Derrick) Mitchell and Stephanie Ignacek; one son, Steven J. (Melissa) Ignacek; her mother, Mary Ann Sula; her former husband, Steve Locher; her sister Nancy Settles and her niece, Renee. Per Helen's wishes, cremation rites will be accorded. There will be no services. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Carlson-Holmquist-Sayles Funeral Home and Crematory.
