Passed away peacefully with her family by her side at Joliet Area Community Hospice Home, Saturday, January 19, 2019. Age 31 years. Survived by her husband Jerry L. Patton, III, her two children Hali McKenzie Patton and Jerry Patton, IV. Her parents Perry and Roberta (nee Bradshaw) Humphrey. Her maternal grandmother Linda Humphrey Johnson and her paternal grandfather Floyd Bradshaw, Sr. Her loyal dog "pup pup". Also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and many special friends. Preceded in death by her grandmother Wanda Bradshaw (2006) and her grandfather Perry Humphrey, Jr. (2011). Holly was born July 7, 1987 in Joliet. Graduate of Joliet Township High School Central Campus Class of 2005. Holly tended bar at many Joliet and Rockdale establishments. Member of Life Church of Joliet. She enjoyed her friends, cars and caring for her children. Holly's family would like to thank Joliet Area Community Hospice Staff for their compassion and care. Funeral services will be held from the Carlson-Holmquist-Sayles Funeral Home & Crematory, 2320 Black Road, Saturday, January 26th at 10:00 A.M. Interment St. Patrick Catholic Cemetery. Visitation will be held Friday from 4:00 – 7:00 P.M.
