Passed away peacefully with his family by his side, Tuesday, June 22, 2010, at Northwestern Memorial Hospital. Age 63.\r\n\r\nSurvived by his loving wife of 38 years Diane M. (nee Lesnik), a son Brian (Jennifer) Montello, a daughter Gina (Walter) Kouba. Five grandchildren Nina, Breann and Mia Montello, Gabriella and Nicholas Kouba. Sister Constance Smeets. Numerous nieces and nephews also survive.\r\n\r\nPreceded in death by his parents John and Frances Montello and a brother John Montello.\r\n\r\nRetired from the Local 11.\r\n\r\n
