Jacqueline A. Barton (nee Geishirt)

Of Joliet, passed away at Lemont Nursing Home, Thursday, September 26, 2024 at the age of 80 years.

She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Rob (Judy) Barton, and her cherished granddaughter, Karlee Barton. Jackie is also survived by her sister, Patty Boustany, of Madison, Wisconsin.

Jackie was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Ronald E. Barton (2012), and her parents, Ralph and Alice Sutter.

Born on June 2, 1944, in Madison, Wisconsin, Jackie enjoyed a life filled with family and simple joys. She loved watching her son play hockey, sports and playing bingo. She also enjoyed collecting Elvis memorabilia and treasured every moment spent with her family.

In keeping with her wishes, private cremation services have been held.
