Jeanette A. Jostak (nee Nelson) Age 77 years, passed away on Saturday, March 26, 2016 at Presence St. Joseph's Medical Center. Born in Chicago, Il on December 11, 1938 and living in Joliet most of her life. Preceded in death by her parents, Raymond and Elsie Nelson and her brother James Nelson. Survived by her husband of 57 years, Jerry Jostak; three children, David (Regina Frias) Jostak, Terri (Jack) Darin and Jackie (Jerry) Johnson; six grandchildren, Jack Darin, Danielle (George) Meintanis and David (Val) Darin, Melissa, Tiffany and Nicole Johnson; four great-grandchildren; one sister, Judith (Ronald) Sanders; one sister-in-law, Janet Nelson and numerous nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral Services will be held from the Carlson-Holmquist-Sayles Funeral Home 2320 Black Road on Tuesday, March 29, 2016 at 9:15 am to Holy Family Catholic Church for mass at 10:00 am. Interment Woodlawn Memorial Park I. Visitation at the funeral home on Monday, March 28th from 3 to 7 pm. In lieu of Flowers, memorials to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital would be appreciated.
