Jennifer Ann Sweeney- passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on November 26, 2025. Age 46.

Jennifer is survived by her loving husband, Michael Yurkovich; her brother, James Thomas Sweeney Jr; her niece and God daughter, Evelyn Quinn Sweeney, and her beloved dog Kodak.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Charlene Ann Sweeney (nee Hanus) and James Thomas Sweeney Sr.

She enjoyed spending time with her family, friends, and her cherished pets. She will be missed by all who had the honor of knowing her.

Funeral services will be held at the Carlson-Holmquist-Sayles Funeral Home & Crematory, 2320 Black Rd., Monday, December 8th at 12:00 P.M. Visitation will be from 9:00 A.M. until time of services at 12:00 P.M. In lieu of flowers, memorials to Hopeful Tails Animal Rescue will be appreciated.
