of Elwood, passed away at Joliet Area Community Hospice Home, Sunday, August 18, 2013. Age 77 years. Survived by her loving son David J. Frogge of Elwood, Three sisters Janet DiVecchio of Lockport, Judy (James) DiVecchio Ramsay of Arlington Heights, IL. and Jackie (Thomas) DiVecchio Tyler of New Lenox. Three nephews Jason Ramsay, Zachary Tyler and Jacob Tyler, a niece Jamie Ramsay. Also survived by many close friends. Preceded in death by her husband James M. Frogge (2011), and her parents Salvatore and Caroline DiVecchio, his brother Charles DiVecchio (1943). JoAnn was born August 5, 1936 in Joliet. She graduated from Joliet Township High School Class of 1953. Member of St. Rose Catholic Church in Wilmington, Will County Farm Bureau and Twilighters of Elwood. Funeral services will be held from the Carlson-Holmquist-Sayles Funeral Home, 2320 Black Road, Friday, August 23 at 9:00 A.M. to St. Rose Catholic Church in Wilmington at 10:00 A.M. for a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery. Visitation will be held Thursday from 3:00 – 7:00 P.M.
