Of Scottsdale, AZ. Passed away Saturday, October 6, 2018. Age 55 years. Survived by his four brothers Peter (Breda), James (Char), Richard (Darlene) and Michael (Theresa) Kocik and his sister Josephine Kocher. Nieces Amanda, Ashley, Aimee, Natalie, Buffy, Nicole, Jackie, Michelle and Nicci. Nephews Stephen, Brian, Kenny, Joey and Brandon. Numerous great nieces and nephews and special family members Lynn Schuller and Cookie Vidrine. Preceded in death by his parents Joseph and Bridget Kocik. John was born April 16, 1963 in Gary, Indiana. He was the youngest of six children. Visitation will be held at the Carlson-Holmquist-Sayles Funeral Home and Crematory, 2320 Black Rd., Thursday, October 18th from 3:00 PM to 7:30 P.M. with a Memorial Service at 7:30 P.M.
