Joseph C. Eaton Jr. Age 81 years, of Joliet/Lockport, departed this world on Saturday, February 20, 2021 with his loved ones by his side. Joe was a devoted Cubs fan and also a life-long spectator of Lockport HS basketball and especially proud of the IHSA Class AA Champs of 1978. In his later years, he was especially proud to be "Papa Joe" to his two grandsons. His family will miss him dearly. He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph C. Sr. and Florence (nee Jungles) Eaton; his brothers, Earl (Marion) and Bill Eaton and a sister Florence Eaton. Joe is survived by his loving wife of 59 years, Pauline (nee Lentine) Eaton; his daughters, Lori (Tony) Grover and Carly (Ken) Lee; his grandsons, Bryce and Brendan Grover of Michigan; his brother, Melvin Eaton of Florida; a sister-in-law, Clare Lentine and a brother-in law, AJ (Hilary) Lentini. Nieces and nephews also survive. Family and Friends will be gathering at the Church of St. Jude, 2212 McDonough Street on Saturday, February 27, 2021 beginning at 9:00 am until 10:00 am. A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will then be celebrated at 10:00 AM.
