formerly of Joliet, passed away as a result of a heart attack at his residence in Hammond, IN., Saturday, July 27, 2013. Age 49 years. Survived by children Patrick and Kailey, his mother Pat Harvey, his brother David (Kathy) Harvey, two sisters Pat (Sid) Perrier and Betty (Dave) Morman. Also several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. His best friends Tim McFarland and Paul "Beaker" O'Connell Preceded in death by his father Daniel "Don" Harvey (1993). His grandparents Frank and Evelyn Biegun, Joseph and Ann Harvey. Joe was born in Joliet August 3, 1963. Graduate of Lockport Township High School Class of 1981. He was employed with ISM Security in Hammond, IN. Funeral services will be held at the Carlson-Holmquist-Sayles Funeral Home, 2320 Black Rd., Friday, August 2 at 10:00 A.M. Private interment will be held. In lieu of flowers memorial to the Will Grundy Medical Clinic, 213 E Cass St, Joliet, IL 60432 will be appreciated. Visitation will be held Thursday from 3:00 – 8:00 P.M.
