Kenneth A. Hodges - Passed away peacefully with his loving family by his side, after a courageous battle with cancer, Thursday. June 10, 2021. Age 76. Survived by his devoted partner of 23 years, Vicky Korczak, step children Michelle (Mark) Opyd, Tina (James) Towns and Richard (Michelle) Korczak; 13 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. Preceded in death his parents Ken and Dorothy (Carlson) Hodges, his aunt Nancy White and cousin Lloyd White. Ken had a 55 year career as appliance repair, with 23 of those years, self employed with Art's Repair. He coached womans softball in New Lenox for many years. He loved nature, taking pictures and did a lot of woodworking and crafting. He was an avid Packers and White Sox fan, also enjoying attending sporting events and concerts. He had a great ability to help others and be very giving with his time. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. Funeral services will be held at the Carlson-Holmquist-Sayles Funeral Home, 2320 Black Rd., Wednesday, June 30th at 12:00 Noon.
