Of Joliet, went to be with the Lord at her residence, Friday, October 27, 2006. Age 78 years.\r\nSurvived by two sons Darrell R. (Pam) Gierich and John A. (Rhonda) Gierich, one daughter Sue (Ken) Ingram, eight grandchildren Jeremy (Gina) and Jonathan (Rachel Hill) Gierich, Jessica (Nathan) Zabala, Jeff, Briana, Mat, Justin Ingram, three great grandchildren Grace and Gavin Gierich and Moriah Ingram. \r\nPreceded in death by her husband Robert A. Gierich, an infant daughter Jeanine Marie Gierich, her parents John F. and Clara E. Redman, a brother George Redman, her father and mother-in-law Arthur and Myrtle Gierich and a sister-in-law Marilyn Gentile. \r\nBorn in Chicago and was a long time Joliet resident. She was a volunteer at Silver Cross Hospital for many years.
