Passed away at Presence St. Joseph Medical Center, Tuesday, November 7, 2017. Age 73 years. Survived by her two sons Randy J. Christine) Chaney and Tim C. (Crystal) Chaney. A granddaughter Jaimison Chaney. Preceded in death by her husband James W. Chaney (2002) and her mother Jeanette Spencer. Lynn was a graduate of Lockport Township High School Class of 1962 and Silver Cross School of Nursing. She retired from Silver Cross Hospital in 2011. Member of Joliet Junior College Community Band, American Legion Band and the Southwest Community Band. Visitation will be held at the Carlson-Holmquist-Sayles Funeral Home & Crematory, 2320 Black Rd., Friday, November 10th from 3:00 – 7:00 P.M.
