Age 82 years.\r\nSurvived by two daughters Kathleen Gallup of Romeoville and Christine (Fred) Wren of Collinsville, IL., a son Roger (Elizabeth) Gallup of River Grove, IL. \r\nEight grandchildren Jennifer (Justin) Whitmore, Rachel, Fredrick and Melissa Wren, Robert, Lydia, Hannah and Andrew Gallup. Four great-granddaughters Rebekah, Isabella, Kathryn and Abigail Whitmore. \r\nPreceded in death by her husband Robert B. Gallup (2001) and her parents Gustave and Adelia Steinke.\r\nEvelyn was born in Rockford, IL., February 9, 1927. Graduate of Joliet Township High School Class of 1944, she married Robert B. Gallup November 10, 1946. Member of St. Peter Lutheran Church since 1938. She was a member and Past President of the American Legion Auxillary and was active with St. Peter Altar Guild and PTL.\r\n
