Of Crest Hill, Suddenly at Provena St. Joseph Medical Center, Friday, September 23, 2005. Age 77 years.\r\nSurvived by his wife of 57 years, Lois E., a son Terry S. (Barbara) Gustafson of Mahomet, IL and a daughter Cheryl L. Gustafson of Crest Hill, four grandchildren Terry, Charity, Bradley Gustafson and Penny Mburu, four great grandchildren Collin, Kayleigh and Malaika Gustafson and Makaila Mburu. Also several nieces and nephews.\r\nPreceded in death by his parents Milton and Emma (Anderson) Gustafson.\r\nBorn in Joliet and was a lifelong resident. Veteran of WWII serving in the U.S. Navy. Retired from Beatrice Food Co. in 1990. Member of Bethlehem Lutheran Church, Crest Hill Lions Club, Joliet Loyal Order of Moose - Lodge #300, and was a member of Crest Hill Fire Volunteer Dept.
