At Provena St. Joseph Medical Center, Saturday, November 8, 2008. Age 81 years. Survived by his wife Mary T. (nee Tracy), two sons Andrew (Leann) Paul of Hinsdale and David (Debra) Paul of Naperville, two daughters Carol (John) Troop of Batavia and Jane (Rich) Zeis of Clarendon Hills. Six grandchildren Michelle (Peter) Santucci, David Paul, John Calder, Allison Paul, Alex Troop and Stephanie Zeis, one brother Frank Paul of Lockport and a sister-in-law Doris Paul of Joliet. Also numerous nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his parents Emery and Elizabeth Paul, Sr., four brothers Emery Paul, Jr., Charles Paul, William Paul and Arthur Paul, two sisters Betty Martin and Elvira Griffin. \r\nBorn in Joliet and was a life long resident. Retired in 1990 from Caterpillar Co. after 38 years of service. Andrew was a member of Joliet Assembly 4th Degree and Knights of Columbus Council #382, Old Timers Baseball Assn., life member of Stone City Post #2199 V.F.W., and was an usher at the Cathedral of St. Raymond. Veteran of the U.S. Army.
