Madeline N. McDonald "Mudge" (nee Zanella) Age 90 years, passed away Tuesday, June 9, 2015 at Symphony of Joliet. Born in Lozzo di Cadore, Italy on June 9, 2015. She resided in Joliet most of her life. She was employed as a bookkeeper for several Joliet area businesses and lastly for Kaluzny Bros. of Rockdale. Preceded in death by her parents, Felix and Justina (nee Frescura) Zanella and three brothers, John Zanella, Aldo Zanella and Albert Filippi. Survived by her daughter, Denise (Bob) Larson and her son, Kevin McDonald; one granddaughter, Alette McDonald; numerous nieces and nephews also survive. Visitation for Madeline "Mudge" McDonald will be held at St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church on Friday morning, June 12, 2015 beginning at 9:00 am until 10:00 am, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial beginning at 10:00 am. Interment St. Patrick's Catholic Cemetery.
