Mardis Alma Totten (nee McMillin) - Passed away peacefully with her loving family by her side, Wednesday, January 14, 2026. Age 86.

Survived by her three sons Allen Totten of Joliet, IL., Steve (Maggie) Totten of San Antonio, TX., Paul Totten of Crest Hill, IL., two daughters Kathy Wiekert of Minnesota and Hope (David) Doornbos of Woodstock, GA., her  grandchildren Michael (Tenesha) Totten, Derek Wischover, Brandon Totten and Jacob Doornbos:  three great-grandchildren Samuel Totten, Simon Totten and Juniper Jade Wischover also survive.

Preceded in death by her parents Bernard and Goldie McMillin, her sister Rosalie Neprud and her grandson Dylan Wischover.

Mardis had a housekeeping business for many years. She was a loving stay at home mom to her five children. She loved to cook and enjoyed traveling. As one of Jehovah's Witnesses, Mardis was known for her love and devotion to Jehovah God, and loved to share her faith with others at every opportunity. She never met a stranger.
