Margaret O. Stover (nee King) - Age 91, of Shorewood, Il., passed peacefully with family by her side on Saturday, November 19, 2022.

Survived by sons Edward (Margaret A.) and David (Jill) Stover; and daughters, Susan Locascio (late Peter) and Elizabeth (Joseph) Szydlo and one sister Kathleen French; 15 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren

Preceded in death by her parents Patrick and Frances King, her husband Donald Stover, her siblings Patrick King, Joe King and Mary Gore.

Margaret will be remembered as a beloved mother and cherished grandmother who devoted her life to her family. Over the years she enjoyed cooking, baking, painting, bowling, gardening, holiday decorating, crafts and crossword puzzles. But her most treasured time was the time spent with her loving family.

Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, November 29, 2022 at 9:15 am from the Carlson-Holmquist-Sayles Funeral Home, 2320 Black Road Joliet to Holy Family Catholic Church, Shorewood for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery, Crest Hill. Visitation will be held at the funeral home Monday, November 28, 2022 from 3 to 7 P.M.

In lieu of flowers memorials to The American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals at secure.aspca.org will be appreciated.
