Of New Lenox, peacefully passed away at her residence with her family by her side, Thursday, September 16, 2021. Age 78 years. Survived by her husband of 55 years Glen E. Morgan. Two sons Charles (Kristin M.) Morgan and Richard (Kristin L.) Morgan. Her granddaughter Jenna K. Morgan. Her brother Dick (Cindy) Sing. Preceded in death by parents Henry C. (2002) and Leora S. (2007) Sing, her sister Jennette Wirt (2010). Born in Joliet, April 10, 1943. Marian graduated from Joliet Township High School Class of 1961. She retired from First Lutheran Church as the secretary for 21 years. Formerly worked for Service Pipeline Co from 1961-1969. Marian attended Plattville Lutheran Church in Minooka. She enjoyed spending time with her family, FaceTime with her granddaughter, gardening, and cheering for her Cubbies and Blackhawks. Over the years she had crocheted hundreds of afghans for friends, family, and donated them to local senior centers. The family would like to thank her home health givers and the amazing nurses and aids at Lightways Hospice for all their help and support.
