Marilyn K. Walsh

Passed away peacefully Tuesday October 29, 2024 at Silver Cross Hospital. Age 86.

Marilyn graduated with a Bachelor's Degree from North Central College in Naperville and worked for the Internal Revenue Service for over 55 years. She was a member of Faith United Methodist Church, Trinity Methodist Church and Ingalls Park United Methodist Church.

Marilyn is survived by her brother Richard T. Walsh, her nieces and nephews Wayne J. Richie Jr., Kimberly Dallavia, Timothy Dallavia, James Dallavia, Lynette Dallavia, Jaimie Feril, Melissa Mitchell and Tamara Corbin. Her special nephew Omar McClurg and great nephew Alex McClurg also survive.

She is preceded in death by her parents John and Mary Walsh, her siblings John P. Walsh Jr. 2018, Nancy Richie 2013,Beverly Ernest 2010, her niece Laurie Richie 2021 and nephew Daniel Richie 1996.

Lying in State will be at Ingalls Park Methodist Church 105 Davison St. Joliet, Saturday November 2nd from 9:00 am until time of Services at 10:00 am. Interment Woodlawn Memorial Park.
